Saliman Joyian, BSc (Honours) with Distinction, Cell and Molecular Biology
Research assistant, MedsCheck and Pharmaceutical Opinion Programs project
Saliman graduated with distinction with a BSc honours in cell and molecular biology from the University of Toronto. He is in the third-year of the Doctor of Pharmacy program at University of Toronto’s Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy.
Saliman has a broad range of experiences, from wet lab to dry lab to clinical research.
His placement with OPEN during the summer of 2015 was his first foray into pharmacy practice research, during which he embarked on a three-month research term on the MedsCheck and Pharmaceutical Opinion Program project. He rejoined the team in January 2016 as a part-time research assistant.
