Project manager/associate, Deprescribing guidelines for the elderly project
Hannah is a project manager and associate of OPEN’s Deprescribing guidelines for the elderly project, a research initiative that will pilot and evaluate an emerging pharmacist interprofessional service that has as its goal the development of guidelines to reduce and discontinue drug use in the elderly.
Before accepting a position on the deprescribing project, Hannah was the project coordinator of the evaluation of the Stanford Chronic Disease Self-Management Support Program in the Champlain Local Health Integration Network and the coordinator of the Canadian Primary Health Care Research and Innovation Network.
Hannah is interested in research that explores the nexus of factors that affect the health and well-being of Canadians as well as research that involves vulnerable populations. She has an MA in human kinetics from the University of Ottawa and has been working at the Bruyère Research Institute since August 2010.
